it cost $10.00 for LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP.
What do you get by Joining SAT-SAR:
_____ Your 2nd Year you will receive a 8 X 10 Wall Certificate.
_____ You receive Military Style Rank for promotion based on all of your accomplishments in life. Life learning experiences such as Military, College, Boy Scouts, Martial Arts, Scuba Diving, Parachuting, Pilot Training, Amateur Radio, EMT, Medical, Volunteer work, Etc. Your rank promotions will be good for putting onto a resume as a volunteer with a Search & Rescue National Disaster Response Team.

_____ You can sign up for as many of the teams on the links to your right, as you are qualified to do. If your a Scuba Diver and have not dived in 10 years, who cares, your qualified, your certification is good. We are not the Federal Government. We do not have tons of stupid requirements so that someone will die while they are trying to figure out if someone is qualified to deliver water to the needy or not. Remember Katrina ? That was our Federal Government at is finest. I know many people who went down there to help and were mad and upset with the poor planning, poorly managed system of fema. Everyone wanted to be boss, so nothing got done. That does not happen in SAT-SAR. There is no RED tape.
